caissesenfete.fr is published by the association “Les Caisses en Fête” (Saint-Paul-en-Forêt, Var, France), data controller. Contact: contact@caissesenfete.fr.

Volunteer form: first name and phone number, with your consent, only to call you back about volunteering. Deleted at the latest 6 months after the event.
User accounts (organisers, crews, volunteers): e-mail and name, for running the race; deleted on request.
Server logs: IP address and browser, for site security, kept for 6 months.

The site uses no advertising cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Only strictly necessary cookies are set: a session cookie for logged-in users, a form security token and, on race day, an anonymous voting token (needed to change your vote and limit multiple voting). This is why no consent banner is shown. The radio player only contacts the streaming provider after you click.

Event photos are published on the basis of the association's legitimate interest in promoting the race. Photos showing an underage driver are only published with written consent from both parents. Anyone may ask for a photo to be removed, no reason needed: it is taken down within 72 hours (contact@caissesenfete.fr).
